Password Reset
Before you continue with password resetting... Please note that your
username and your password is case sensitive. You must type your usual
username from when you created your account, and your password using the
exact upper and lower case characters that you used when you created your
password. Sometimes people experience difficulty logging in because their
CAPS LOCK (left side of keyboard) is turned on. If you think this may be
why you are unable to log in, please click the CAPS LOCK off, and return
to the login page to try logging in again, before requesting your password
to be reset.
If you have misplaced or forgotten your account username or your account
password, please provide the email address associated with your account in
the form box below and click "Submit". You will be sent an email with a
secure link allowing you to reset your password. Additionally, for your
convenience, your username is contained in that same email together,
whenever you peruse our password reset:-)
